How to Order
1. Online – This is the easiest, quickest, and most secure method of ordering. Using our online shopping cart you can pay using Paypal’s secure website. You do not need an account with Paypal and you can use a credit card if you prefer. Just follow the prompts and you can be done ordering in just a few minutes.
2. Phone – Give us a call at 510-621-REVO (510-621-7386) and we’ll help you place your order over the phone.
3. Mail – You can also pay with a check (held until clearing) or a US money order. First, e-mail us your order so we can ensure that the item is in stock, confirm the price for you, and make sure you are located in a country that we ship to. Second, send funds and your order to:

Most orders are shipped within 1 business day. If your order will take longer, or if an item is back ordered, we will contact you to let you know.
Please place items into the Shopping Cart to use our shipping cost calculator. For international orders over 4 pounds (usually 4 straps or more), please contact us for a shipping qoute.
We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders. For international orders we use USPS First Class Mail International.
All shipments have delivery times between 2-3 days once shipped for the USA, and 7-14 days for the rest of the world. International shipments occasionally get help up longer in the event they get delayed in your country’s customs.
California residents must pay 8.75% state sales tax on all items.
Our products are backed by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Our commitment to you is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of a new item, simply return it in its original condition within 30 days of purchase (see exceptions below) and we’ll give you a full refund. It’s that simple. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use. Your refund will be promptly processed upon successful evaluation of your returned item. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping charges.
Exceptions – Custom orders: If your product was customized to individual preferences, we do not accept returns unless there was a manufacturer error. All of our custom guitar straps pass a quality inspection prior to shipping.
Requesting a return – Use our Contact Us page to obtain a return authorization.
We use Paypal’s secure website for all online orders. You will be taken to the PayPal website to use their secure payment system. Your credit card and personal information is NOT passed on to us.
